This role supervises a small team and represents the organization in statewide collaborations.

  • Cultivate trusted relationships with regional and statewide partners.
  • Coach and supervise partnership team members.
  • Translate partnership outcomes into learning and organizational strategy.

What you’ll bring

Qualifications

  • Seven or more years of partnership or community leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated people-management and strategy experience.
  • Deep understanding of Hawaiʻi’s community and education landscape.
  • Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and public communication skills.
