This role supervises a small team and represents the organization in statewide collaborations.

- Set and lead the organization’s community partnership strategy.
- Cultivate trusted relationships with regional and statewide partners.
- Coach and supervise partnership team members.
- Translate partnership outcomes into learning and organizational strategy.
What you’ll bring
Qualifications
- Seven or more years of partnership or community leadership experience.
- Demonstrated people-management and strategy experience.
- Deep understanding of Hawaiʻi’s community and education landscape.
- Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and public communication skills.
